Film remaja "High School Musical" awalnya hanya akan diproduksi sebanyak tiga seri. Namun, anemo masyarakat yang besar, terutama di kalangan remaja, membuat Disney sebagai produser film tergoda membuat film ke-empatnya.

"High School Musical 4" (HSM4) akan menampilkan bintang dan karakter baru yang disebut-sebut akan menggantikan beberapa pemain inti di tiga film sebelumnya. Meskipun belum ada konfirmasi resmi mengenai siapa saja yang akan mengisi peran dalam "HSM4", kehadiran dua bintang utamanya Zac Efron dan Vanessa Hudgens diharapkan masih akan muncul.

"Trilogi High School Musical melahirkan generasi baru dalam genre film musikal yang pernah ada. Untuk film keempat ini, kami (Disney) menantang seluruh tim kreatif untuk membangkitkannya kembali, dan menciptakan sesuatu yang luar biasa dan menjadi sebuah fenomena baru, sekali lagi," ujar Presiden Entertainment Disney Channel Gary Marsh.

Jika ada kemungkinan beberapa pemainnya akan diganti, Disney tetap mempercayakan Bill Borden dan Barry Rosenbush sebagai produser eksekutif dan Peter Barsocchini sebagai penulis skenario.
Film akan memulai produksi tahun ini dan dijadwalkan tayang perdana di Disney Channel 2010 mendatang.

Riva tertarik pada sifat teman kuliahnya, anak baru bernama Elsa. Kontras dengan Riva yang suka bergaul dan punya banyak teman, Elsa punya sifat tertutup, dan hampir dibilang nggak pernah bergaul dengan teman - teman di Universitas Pratista. Kegiatan sehari - hari cewek tinggi berkacamata dan berambut lurus panjang ini di kampus selain belajar adalah menyendiri, sambil membaca novel-novel impot favoritnya. Tapi bagi Riva, sifat Elsa yang tertutup itulah yang menarik perhatiannya. Riva merasa Elsa menyimpan misteri, dan ia tertarik untuk mengungkap misteri itu.
Walau awalnya susah, Riva akhirnya berhasil mendekati Elsa, bahkan mengajaknya menjadi panitia acara Broadcast Weekend. Tapi gawat!! Ternyata nggak cuma Riva yang tertarik pada Elsa, tapi juga Arga, sang ketua HIMAKOM yang udah lama ditaksir Riva. Dan kelihatannya Elsa juga seneng sama Arga.
Riva jadi pusing. Makin pusing lagi melihat Elsa yang jarang masuk, dan tambah pusing dengan kedatangan Saka, sepupunya yang merupakan anggota Interpol. Saka langsung mencurigai Elsa sebagai pembunuh bayaran internasional yang sedang dicari Interpol si seluruh dunia.
Tentu aja Riva nggak percaya pada tuduhan Saka. Nggak mungkin Elsa yang kalem dan lembut itu seorang pembunuh bayaran. Kenapa nggak cari orang lain aja sih buat dituduh?
Tanpa sadar, Riva terjebak dalam sebuah konflik dan konspirasi besar yang telah berlangsung selama lebih dari sepuluh tajun. Konflik yang melahirkan Mawar Merah, mesin pembunuh yang paling dicari di seluruh dunia.

Penitentes are a snow formation found at high altitudes. They take the form of tall thin blades of hardened snow or ice closely spaced with the blades oriented towards the general direction of the sun. Penitentes can be as tall as a person.
Penitentes were first described in the literature by Darwin in 1839. On March 22, 1835, he had to squeeze his way through snowfields covered in penitentes near the Piuquenes Pass, on the way from Santiago de Chile to the Argentinian city of Mendoza, and reported the local belief (continuing to the present day) that they were formed by the strong winds of the Andes. These pinnacles of snow or ice grow over all glaciated and snow covered areas in the Dry Andes above 4,000 m (Lliboutry 1954a, Lliboutry 1954b, Lliboutry 1965). They range in size from a few cm to over five metres. (Lliboutry 1965, Naruse and Leiva 1997).
Lliboutry noted that the key climatic condition for the differential ablation that leads to the formation of penitentes is that dew point is always below freezing. Thus, snow will sublimate, which requires higher energy input than melting. Once the process of differential ablation starts, the surface geometry of the evolving penitente produces a positive feedback mechanism, and radiation is trapped by multiple reflections between the walls. The hollows become almost a black body for radiation, while decreased wind leads to air saturation, increasing dew point temperature and the onset of melting. In this way peaks, where mass loss is only due to sublimation, will remain, as well as the steep walls, which intercept only a minimum of solar radiation. In the troughs ablation is enhanced, leading to a downward growth of penitentes. A mathematical model of the process has been developed by Betterton (2001), although the physical processes at the initial stage of penitente growth, from granular snow to micropenitentes, still remain unclear. The effect of penitentes on the energy balance of the snow surface, and therefore their effect on snow melt and water resources have been described by Corripio (2003) and Corripio and Purves (2005).

Auroras, sometimes called the northern and southern (polar) lights or aurorae (singular: aurora), are natural light displays in the sky, usually observed at night, particularly in the polar regions. They typically occur in the ionosphere. They are also referred to as polar auroras. In northern latitudes, the effect is known as the aurora borealis, named after the Roman goddess of dawn, Aurora, and the Greek name for north wind, Boreas by Pierre Gassendi in 1621.[1] The aurora borealis is also called the northern polar lights, as it is only visible in the sky from the Northern Hemisphere, the chance of visibility increasing with proximity to the North Magnetic Pole, which is currently in the arctic islands of northern Canada. Auroras seen near the magnetic pole may be high overhead, but from further away, they illuminate the northern horizon as a greenish glow or sometimes a faint red, as if the sun were rising from an unusual direction. The sailing stones (sliding rocks, moving rocks) are a geological phenomenon where rocks move in long tracks along a smooth valley floor without human or animal intervention. They have been recorded and studied in a number of playas around Racetrack Playa, Death Valley, where the number and length of travel grooves are notable. The force behind their movement is not understood and is subject to research.
Racetrack stones only move every two or three years and most tracks develop over three or four years. Stones with rough bottoms leave straight striated tracks while those with smooth bottoms wander. Stones sometimes turn over, exposing another edge to the ground and leaving a different track in the stone's wake.
Sliding rock trails fluctuate in direction and length. Some rocks which start next to each other start out travelling parallel, but one may abruptly change direction to the left, right, or even back the direction it came from. Speed is an unknown variable. Since these stones are rarely transported and nobody has witnessed the movement, the speeds the rocks travel at are not known.
